I only accept payment through PayPal.

A minimum 50% payment is required upfront, with the final 50% being paid before you receive the final product.

I do not offer refunds. However, should I not be able to finish a commission due to something on my end, I’ll cancel the order and reimburse you in full.

I have the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable with.

You must send clear reference images, a sketch, a pose, etc., for any and all aspects you wish to look a certain way before initial payment.

Commissions at a set price include one optional round of revisions.

Commissioned art may be freely used for non-commercial means, such as profile-pictures, banners, backgrounds, etc., as long as you do not claim it as your own.

If the commissioned artwork is to be used in a game you are creating (or a like project), I must be credited.

Any commercial use of the artwork must be agreed upon by us in the pricing phase. If we haven’t come to an agreement, you may not use and/or reproduce the artwork for commercial reasons.

If you would like to purchase the commercial rights to a piece after the fact, I am willing to come to an agreement with you for an additional commercial use fee.

You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to resell any part of the commissioned artwork.

You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens (NFT) or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
